TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS

In these uncertain times with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to explain what plans we have in place to ensure we continue to provide our customers with products, technical support and order processing.

We have been informed as of Friday March 20, 2020, per executive order from the state of New York, all non-essential New York businesses must decrease their onsite work force density and implement work from home policies.

As a result of the executive order we have spread out our production schedule to seven days and added shifts in order to keep all personnel employed, sustain production and comply with the reduced staffing requirements to increase separation.

There may be longer lead times on some items due to supplier shortages, which unfortunately is beyond our control.

Customer service, order entry and technical support are all 100% in place. 

Future Federal/State Enforced Closures

Should we be required to shut down the facility and production operations, our phone system and computers can be accessed remotely so we would be able to answer your inquiries and confirm orders even though we would not be able to ship goods at that time. This means we will be ready to resume normal business once the government lifts the order.

Safeguarding Our Team

We are following all the Federal and State guidelines with regard to the protection of our employees. We have implemented extra cleaning measures plus distancing protocols within our offices and factory spaces in order to reduce close contact. Employees who can work from home are doing so now. All employees are fully aware of the protocols for self-isolation should they show symptoms or come into contact with the virus.
